If you’re a self starter and have a good head on your shoulder, then this is a great opportunity for you to learn sales, people skills, and personal development. You will see the mindset that is needed to win, in literally anything you do. The company is merit based and not based off of seniority. The harder you try, the more you’ll get out of your time there. So just don’t be lazy. If you’re lazy, then it’s best to look for a different role. I was at the company for 4 weeks. And during that time I never felt like the odd man out. If anything I was encourage to learn, make mistakes, and seek out for advice whenever I need them. I always had supervisors checking on me whenever I had a bad day. They will not give up on you, unless you decide to give up. In all, give the position a try if you’re on the fence. You’ll learn loads if you can adapt and take criticism.
